No, you don’t need a referral. We can be your first point of call. If we feel you need to see your GP or another specialist we can refer to the right person.

Am I covered by ACC?

You are covered by ACC if you suffer an injury or accident

  • No matter what you're doing when you're injured - driving, playing sport, at work or at home
  • Regardless of how the injury happened, even if it was something you did yourself
  • No matter what age you are or whether or not you're working e.g. if you're retired, on a benefit or studying

I already have an ACC number under another provider. Can I still visit you?

Yes we can provide treatment under your existing ACC number.

How long are appointments?

Our initial and follow up consultations will take approximately 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will examine and treat your condition and if necessary, prescribe self treatment and book follow-up sessions. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your initial consultation to fill out the necessary forms and paper work.

What do I wear?

To ensure the best assessment and treatment, the injured body site will need to be accessible for therapy. Robes, shorts and towels are available to use, however, patients are encouraged to bring comfortable and appropriate clothes such as shorts and a singlet.

Where do I park?

We have onsite parking at the front of both our Panmure and St Johns clinics, and our Panmure Clinic has an additional carpark on Kings Rd.
